In November 2008, Nikki completed her Diploma to become a qualified Pastry Chef. After her completion of studies, she started her own small business from home, supplying several coffee shops around Amanzimtoti, as well as a large group of valued customers.

Nikki supplies a wide range of quality Cakes, Desserts and Confectionary which are all hand-made fresh, using the finest ingredients. French Cheesecakes, Tiramisus, Fancy Cupcakes, Novelty cakes and Savory Tarts/Muffins are a small list of products supplied.
